    I am betting Roanoke and Tulsa are both level3 involved VOIP and the rest is all switched circuit based regular cable telephony.......

    wonder WHY ATT Dorfman cancels GS appeareance???? MAJOR MAJOR shake up and layoffs coming at ATT when ATT proves to the world they can RENT from Level3 cheaper and more efficient than they can EMPLOY and Build it and Run it themselves!
