A reader tipped me off to XipTel. Don't know much about them but their offer looks rather robust and they seem to be going after the same market as Covad VoIP.

XOXO is the carrier.......the ole IPVO.ob made over into a VOIP company ........Peter Geddis of Qwest(lets HOPE he did NOT follow Joey N to the ''accounting'' world) is the man behind the plan.........funniest thing, the lady I spoke with yesterday was on an SBC landline and SHE IMMEDIATELY apologized for the horrible land line connection........irony at its best!
