I have the PDF version of the AT&T Home Wiring guide that isn't on the web site.
It's rather straightforward and easy to follow. If you're a CallVantage customer I'm fairly certain you can find it on the web site once the update happens. I got my copy from one of their PR folks.
I'm told that for now, it won't be "publicly" available but customers can easily obtain it.

I really am not upset that someone at AT&T apparently used my page as a "starting point" to get ideas for their brochure, but it just would have been nice if they would have given some attribution credit, or perhaps a pointer to my web page for those who might want or need additional information.
