Skype's has finally officially announced the Skype Out service at VON Europe today, according to Light Reading.
The more interesting reference is to Skype In, and the hurdles involved.
Obviously, Skype is heading towards a full featured service.

The only thing missing from Skype is Voicemail. I found a company that is Beta Testing a version of Skype Voicemail. They say they are going to support a wide range of VOIP applications check it our at http://www.voipail.com
