    I don't see why people have to "know" about VoIP. Soon enough all our phone service will be VoIP and we probably won't know about it, just as most people have no idea that right now most of their long distance IS already VoIP.

    I'd love to see a survey about "99% canadians have no idea they use CDMA/GPRS/whatever on their mobile phone" and the great social implications. ;)

    The best technologies go mostly unnoticed because they're implemented well.
