It seems the rollout of VoIP everywhere is upon us, and the international press is keenly picking up on what we already know. VoIP will change telecom.
The rapid rollout and introduction of new carriers everywhere will eventually lead to consolidation, just as it has with cellular telephony. Just listen.

We are a Canadian company currently working out of the Dominican Republic in need of a communication system (voip). It was brought to our attention that you offer the Voice Over IP service; therefore we would like to know about your terms, rates and services calling from Dominican Republic to Canada.
