For Jeff Pulver yesterday was very sweet. He's clearly drawn first blood over the old line telcos in scoring an FCC victory when it comes to the regulation of VoIP.
Based on the ruling, calls which stay on Net like Pulver's Free World DialUp, are not subject to regulation.
But, what will follow from the FCC is where the fun begins. Stay tuned.
